Rory Khilkoff-Boulding MA (Oxon) | Program Producer

MCLE London™ is a trading name (DBA) of Rory Khilkoff-Boulding. A founder delegate of the mutual CLE program in London which has been running annually for the past 30 years, Rory took over in 2012 when the former principals retired. An attorney qualified in New York and California, Rory is also a practicing solicitor in England and Wales where he is a litigation and commercial Consultant to Estate & Corporate Solicitors. He has recently also acted as a Consultant Lawyer working (virtually) on Compliance and Quality Control for a major, prize-winning international law firm in the Middle East, headquartered in Dubai.

Rory is responsible for arranging the program, inviting the speakers and ensuring that the seminars are interesting, current and most importantly, meet relevant Mandatory/Minimum Continuing Legal Education requirements. He is personally accredited as a CLE provider by the Florida Bar which annually accredits the program content. Florida is an authorised jurisdiction for most other US States for CLE purposes, in particular New York and California where the majority of delegates are licenced. Where this may not be the case, usually accreditation ex post facto can obtained by specific application to the relevant Bar.

A member of the British Institute of International and Comparative Law, and Chatham House, Rory has recently joined the Ukrainian Bar Association as an International Participant.

In 2018 Rory was presented with an award shield by the Legal Division of the Florida Bar in “Gratitude and Appreciation for Leadership in Providing MCLE to US Licenced International Lawyers”.

A graduate of Oxford University, today Rory lives in the beautiful Sussex countryside with his wife Marina.
